Return Policy

• Returns are not available on products purchased during sales or promotional offers.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only if the delivered product is of the wrong size or color.
• To request an exchange, the product must be:
  • Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
  • Reported for exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Customers must cover the shipping charges for the exchange parcel.

Process for Exchange

Shipping & Handling

Orders placed by 4:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time) are shipped the same day via our registered courier service. Orders placed after 4:00 pm, on Sundays, or on national holidays will be shipped the next working day.

  • 3-5 working days for most cities in Pakistan.
  • 5-7 working days for remote areas or villages.

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery and only accept it if it is sealed and in good condition.
