Shipping Policy

A standard shipping charge of Rs. 200 will apply to all orders.

Your parcel will be delivered through a government-registered courier company. For security reasons, customers must make payment before receiving their parcel. Please do not accept any parcels that are opened or damaged; instead, kindly reject them at the time of delivery.

Free delivery is only available during specific sales or promotional offers as announced by Freak Legacy. Outside these periods, standard shipping charges will apply.

Orders placed by 4:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via our registered courier service, and you will receive a tracking ID to monitor your order online. Orders received after 4:00 pm will be dispatched the next day. Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistan’s national holidays will be processed and shipped on the following working day.

Delivery typically takes 3 to 4 working days for most cities across Pakistan. However, for remote areas or villages, it may take 5-7 working days. During sales or promotions, there may be slight delays, but we will keep you informed throughout the process.

We also offer a nominated day delivery option. Simply select the day that suits you best, and we will ensure your order is delivered on that specific day.
